Free download ↠ 5 Build and use a home altar to focus your intentions and align you with seasonal cycles the moon cycles and your own intentions for growth Cleanse purify and create sacred space Work with the elements to achieve deep connection with the world around youIn addition Lisa teaches personal hands on rituals and spells from her family lineage of gypsy witch magic to help you heal manifest and rediscover your powers Above all Lisa shows that we really are the granddaughters of the witches that they couldn't bur. I really wanted to love this book It had been on my wishlist for some time and I finally treated myself to it in November of last year I m sorry to say that I still haven t finished it and usually I can t bare to not finish a book regardless if it did or did not live up to my expectations simply to give the author a wholehearted chance at telling me their storyThe main reason for this being Lisa repeats the statement in as many words that we as women are carrying a giant gaping wound left by the patriarchy around with us always have and always will I am not new to feminism and am certainly not new to the awareness of being harmed spiritually AND physically by the patriarchy but I just couldn t bare to be told over and over again by a fellow feminist of what a victim I am Perhaps I agree with Lisa in part that some wounds will never heal no matter how much we work on them but I feel I ve already lived through my very painful victim days at this point in my journey I feel incredibly empowered and a self sufficient self healer after a heap of Self work so being brought down to this idea of being a wounded woman over and over again just did not sit well with me However perhaps readers who are new to feminism and are yet to acknowledge their wounds will find this beneficial I do appreciate thatOthers have mentioned of course that Lisa s feminism is not very inclusive as she only discusses those of us who were born with a womb and dare I say it white This also seems so far behind the intersectional inclusive feminism I feel very much a part of and it was difficult to ignore thisI did find Lisa s semi comprehensive information about the lunar cycle useful and if you wanted to read further about working with the moon I would recommend Yasmin Boland s Moonology I guess in the end I just couldn t relate to Lisa which is such a shame as I so wanted to strengthen my identity as a feminist witch Maybe I should have read the last third of the book and I d have found something there that would have made it worthwhile But much like having a conversation with someone new that lays down a few statements that feel jarring and uite the opposite of what you stand for you d much rather walk away and try again with somebody else that really gets you and you get them than continue to listen to something you re already certain isn t for you One Boys War your intentions and align Matrimonial Honor you with seasonal cycles the moon cycles and Firehand your own intentions for growth Cleanse purify and create sacred space Work with the elements to achieve deep connection with the world around Adventures of Superman Vol 3 youIn addition Lisa teaches personal hands on rituals and spells from her family lineage of gypsy witch magic to help Union Torsere #2 you heal manifest and rediscover Wild Boy your powers Above all Lisa shows that we really are the granddaughters of the witches that they couldn't bur. Witch: Unleashed. Untamed. Unapologetic. Free download ↠ 5 A witch is a wise woman a healer Yet for so long the word witch has had negative connotations In this book third generation hereditary witch Lisa Lister explains the history behind witchcraft why identifying as a healer in past centuries led women to be burned at the stake and why the witch is reawakening in women across the world todayAll women are witches and when they connect to source trust their intuition and use their magic they can make medicine to heal themselves and the world This book is a re t. I was a bit over all the womb love and the creator of the book is not what I would call a great writer HOWEVER all that aside it is a bit of a montage of witch related things The craft is such a personal journey that it s always going to be difficult to satisfy everyone I will say if you are a complete newbie there are worse ones to start with
